Positive Lifestyle Network was established in

1993 by the Seventh-Day Adventist Churches

in the Lewiston, Idaho and Clarkston

Washington Valley.

Don Wessels, Clarkston Adventist pastor with

media training guidance, and Barc Seibly

served as chair of the board. The

following year low-powered Channel 18 TV

began broadcasting in analog over-the-air. It

carried the signal from 3 Angels Broadcasting

Network.

In 2013 our TV Channel went digital, which

allowed for 4 sub-channels:

• 3 Angels Broadcasting Network
• Hope Channel
• Amazing Facts Television
• Loma Linda Broadcasting Network

A new TV transmitter was installed at the end of 2020.

We now broadcast on TV Channel 36 (K36

NZ-D).

Then came radio

In 1988 Christian radio programming came

to the Lewis Clark Valley by the translator

from Walla Walla College in College Place,

Washington. The dream and plan of Positive

Lifestyle Network when it was formed was to

establish a full power local radio station.

Applications to the FCC were finally successful

in 2010 and one was awarded to Positive Lifestyle

Network to manage. We now broadcast on

KAUC 89.7 FM as Twin Rivers Christian Radio.

The format is largely quality, inspirational

Christian music with other inspirational

programming.
